Account deletion for Kandiora is handled directly inside the app. There is no separate web form for this, and our support team cannot delete your account on your behalf over email — this is by design, so that only you, signed into your own account, can permanently remove your data.
The steps below apply to both the iOS and Android apps.
Open the Kandiora app and sign in, if you aren't already.
Go to the Settings screen, usually accessible from your profile icon or the menu in the top corner of the Today screen.
Scroll to the Account section and select Delete Account.
Review the confirmation screen, which explains exactly what will be removed, and confirm the deletion when you're ready.
Your account and associated personal data are then queued for permanent deletion. You'll be signed out automatically once the process completes.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Kandiora Pro subscription, since subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. If you subscribe on iOS, cancel via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. If you subscribe on Android, cancel via the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions. We'd recommend canceling your subscription before or after deleting your account to avoid being charged for a service you no longer have access to.
For a limited period, we may retain minimal records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes — for example, transaction records tied to a subscription. This data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to personalize any ongoing experience, since your account no longer exists. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
If you can't locate Settings → Account → Delete Account in your version of the app, make sure the app is fully updated from the App Store or Google Play. If the option still isn't visible, or you're unable to sign in to complete the steps above, contact us and we'll help you resolve access so you can complete the deletion yourself.
