These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kandiora, including the iOS and Android applications and the web app at app.kandiora.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Kandlus, based in Aalborg, Denmark ("Kandiora," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or otherwise using Kandiora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Kandiora is rated for general audiences but is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Kandiora is a daily guidance application offering astrology-based insights, alignment tracking, moon and cosmic cycle information, chakra diagnostics, guided practices, and related reflective tools. Free features are available to all users; additional features are available through the optional Kandiora Pro subscription. Feature availability may vary slightly between iOS, Android, and web.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Kandiora Pro is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS or Android apps are billed and managed by Apple or Google respectively, through your App Store or Google Play account, and are subject to their respective terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscriptions purchased through app.kandiora.com are subject to the billing terms presented at checkout.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Kandlus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Personal content you submit, such as reflections or journal notes, remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
Kandiora provides astrology-based insights and symbolic guidance intended for personal awareness and self-reflection only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kandlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Service, with or without notice where reasonably warranted.
We may update these Terms or modify the Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
